Aberdeen University Centre for Energy Law (AUCEL) - contest

The Centre is established to reflect the research and teaching expertise of many members of the Law School who share an interest in Energy Law. The members of the Centre are actively involved in research, consultancy and teaching in the field of Energy Law. The clients range from various governments and international organisations such as the World Bank, to private companies and firms. Although the principle focus is on Oil and Gas law, we have a strong research, consultancy and teaching base in electricity and renewable energy law as well. We also have a research interest in nuclear law albeit less predominant. The University of Aberdeen, the College of Arts and Social Sciences and the School of Law support the work of the Centre, which is also aided by its links with lawyers and other professionals engaged in Energy work in industry, private practice and other Universities and organisations.

Goverments, companies and Law firms practising in the Energy sector, international institutions, academic institutions, researchers in the field of energy law and prospective students at LLM and PhD level.

This is left to the designer.

We would like a simple enough logo for it to be versatile. We intend to use the logo not only on letterheads, website, the business cards etc. but also on t-shirts, mugs etc.
