Welcome to LogoArena

Here are some helpful tips for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses.

1. Rank design entries daily, this will encourage participation. It is non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
2. The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see (you can do so by clicking on the logo you want to give feedback to). It will also guide the designers in the right direction.
3. Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
4. Designers earn points for top 10 ranked designs. We recommend ranking different designers for top ranks, It encourages more participation.

The LogoArena design community wants you to get the best possible logo for your business.

Dear designers, this is a special contest for an icon button, like a social button (twitter, facebook like, google plus). For this reason you are allowed to submit different sizes of the icon in a single entry.

The social button will be part of the Logo... the "G" in GiftCards.com will be the social bug/icon with the rest of the iftCards.com ... hope this makes sense.

Hey everyone ... I added a mock up from our team; It is the direction we would like to go towards with these designs.

We are getting great design directions, but missing the target by a tweak or two ... take a look at the creative brief and the image we uploaded to get a little clearer understanding of the project.

whatever design the "G" ends up will become a stand alone button as well. Remember the design will have to stand on it's own at a relatively small size Like a Facebook or twitter button.

! Also we like to see the logo and button treatment together like creativearts provided in there entries.

Take a look at the top 3 ... Comments i got from CEO: He likes Orange G does not want a radical change to the current logo at ( http://www.giftcards.com ) just the G with a smile.

I know this limits your creativity however it will get you to the top of the ranking, Also ... The Eye in the G should be Round ... he does not like the 1/2 circle; look at the image i attached to creative brief, that is "HIS" drawing, so getting close to it with a little flair will go a long way ;)

Thanks everyone for the entries and time. We will be spending the next 2 days judging the entries and will have a decision after that.

Thank you again for the additional time and energy; the design directions were great, the decision will be tough :)
