#1 - Accredited fire solutions provides the solution for all fire problems

#2 - Design and construct + Facilities management

#3 - I would like a sustainable aspect to the business. The construction industry is one of the biggest poluters and i aim to use methods to reduce the carbon footprint by using PVC free cabling, recycling old materials etc. (this is a lot to convey in a logo however i thought this was worth noting - i will be happy with the focus on builders etc coming through)

Builders and building owners who need new fire systems installed (design and construct), existing fire systems maintained or certification of fire services.

Accredited fire solutions provides a solution no matter what the fire service issue is and is different from other fire companies who only offer sprinklers or only offer detection etc.

The business is based in Sydney, Australia.

I want to target challenging projects that are detailed and require intelligence.

We want clients to feel comfortable coming to the business for help not matter how challenging their project is or how complex their existing system may be.

The website will most likely incorporate an FM (facilities management) AFSFM.com.au or Accreditedfiresolutions.com.au

Options that incorporate the FM would be appreciated. I do however still intend on communicating the company as AFS as the core acronym.

A unique flame as a logo is currently my favourite idea and also currently the number 1 pick.

A geometric/UNIQUE/retro flame would also be an interesting option. The current 1st pick is unique and something I have never seen before and I feel that resonated immediately.

I am open to any colour, shape or design. I would like the logo to be eye catching as the business name is quite long. The acronym AFS can be used but the values of the business and what it does needs to come through clearly.

Anything that would resemble an item commonly used on a flag is not something I want to use. The shape of a shield or flag has been clarified in my mind that it is not suitable for the business logo.

I liked some of the logos that had this style and appreciate the effort but it has helped to clarify what I don't want to use for our branding.

Please feel free to give a modern variation / clean corporate look to your proposals or a proposal. The fire services facilities management area of the business aims to offer modern systems for clients. A slightly technological savvy option for a logo would be great to see too.

I have updated a few return comments to identify a Sydney skyline silhouette. This is not essential but I would like any structure such as a building to be identifiable/interesting detail that wont disappear on a small logo such as a business shirt.

I feel no more than 3 colours maximum would be suitable for the business logo/branding. I have seen some great entries so far and I'm constantly reviewing the entries.

AFS Australia Contest holder	10/01/2021 6:07am A quick update - Lots of great entries, a few clients and I have a few different favourites. Please keep in mind the unique aspect of the design. I have made comments around the flame but it can be anything or multiple aspects that my business offers which can be used. I would however ask that a fire extinguisher is not used. The business will target commercial clients so please be mindful that anything relating to a residential building is not necessarily preferred. The winning design will be detailed. It could be simple however it needs to be memorable and professional. I would like for the logo to not just identify a fire business but I want it to identify my fire business. I would love to have something more than just letters and the business name. Some detail around the name or an interesting theme/design is essential. Thank you to everyone who has entered so far.

AFS Australia Contest holder	12/01/2021 5:39am Lots of great entries so far, We have a lot of flame logos. please feel free to create a unique logo to offer different perspectives of what a fire company can provide without flames. some key fire services -dry fire (detection, EWIS, building system control) -Wet fire (hydrants, sprinklers, hose reels) - Certification of projects and existing buildings for government organisations -Fire engineering We are a modern fire services business that want to lead a fresh approach of technological advancement and professionalism in a well established industry.
